1About these terms

This website is run by Elaf Food Co, the company that operates Farooj Republic restaurants in the State of Kuwait (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2Ordering

This website gives information about our restaurants. Orders are not placed here: when you tap Order Now you go to our ordering site fr.com.kw, and you can also order through delivery apps listed on our links page. Prices, payment, delivery areas, delivery times, cancellations and refunds are handled by those services under their own terms.

3Menu, prices and photos

Menu items, prices, offers and availability can change without notice and may differ between branches and ordering channels. Photos are serving suggestions, and the food you receive may look different. The prices that apply are the ones shown when you place your order.

4Allergies and dietary needs

All our chicken is halal. Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, soy, mustard and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free of them. If you have an allergy or special dietary need, please ask our team before ordering or call 1889090.

5Offers and corporate partner offers

Promotions and special offers, including offers for employees and customers of our corporate partners, are subject to their own conditions, which we share when the offer is announced. Unless stated otherwise, offers:

• may require proof of eligibility, such as a valid staff or customer card;
• cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash;
• are available for a limited time and at participating branches or channels only;
• may be changed or ended at any time, and may be refused if misused.

6Branches and opening hours

We keep branch details and opening hours up to date, but they can change, for example during Ramadan, public holidays or maintenance. Please call 1889090 if you need to be sure before you visit.

7Contact and franchise forms

When you use our forms, please give accurate information and don't send anything unlawful, offensive or automated. Information on our franchise pages is general and is not an offer or a contract. Submitting a franchise application does not give you any franchise rights; those exist only under a written franchise agreement signed by both sides. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8Our brand and content

The Farooj Republic name, logo, “So Yummy!”, photos, text and design of this site belong to Elaf Food Co or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, change or use our brand or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Logos of our chicken supplier, Al Arabi Sporting Club, our corporate partners and certification marks belong to their owners and are shown to describe our relationship with them.

9Using the site responsibly

You must not:

• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its server;
• upload or send viruses or harmful code;
• copy the site's content in bulk with automated tools;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to pretend to be someone else.

10Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as our ordering site, delivery apps, social media, Google Maps and the websites of our supplier, sponsor and partners. We don't control those websites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

11Disclaimer and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Kuwaiti consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute. These terms are available in Arabic and English; if the two versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
